Day 1

Acknowledge and Release

 

 

Day 1 Practice:

  • Continue to notice stress and tension accumulated in working on your goals.
  • Breathe into it and breathe out with the energies of your most favorite scene in nature taking this stress and tension out of your body. 

 

Day 2

Explore the "Less than Good"

 

 

Day 2 Practice

  • Continue to notice thoughts and feelings that are "less than good" about your current situation.
  • Breathe into them and breathe out with the energies of your most favorite scene in nature taking them out of your body.
  • Fill in the freed up inner space by breathing in beautiful energies of your favorite scene in nature. 

Day 3
Tuning into Nature

 

 

Day 3 Practice

  • Notice what catches your eye in nature: a scene, a view, or a little moment.
  • Feel the energy of it.  
  • Tune into what it is inviting you to: Release accumulated blocks of emotions? Take a deep breath in and breathe out to release.
  • Bring a happier feeling into the body? Or expand, elevate?
    Take a deep breath in bringing that energy inside. Breathe out.
  • Notice what changes in how you feel, what opens up, what shifts.

 

 

Day 4

Release Tension in the Moment

 

 

Day 4 Practice

When you hear, see, or experience something that doesn’t feel right or is disturbing (including news, social media content, events in nature):

  1. Notice the immediate contraction in the body. Take a deep breath into it and breathe out.
  2. Notice your feelings. Take a deep breath right into them and breathe out.
  3. Notice your thoughts. Take a deep breath right into your headspace and breathe out.

Steps 2 and 3 can interchange depending on what you can notice first.

Day 5
Activate Your Vision

 

 

Day 5 Practice

  1. Write down what you would like to achieve over the next 12 months: personally and professionally.
  2. How would it feel being at that next level?
  3. How would you feel if you achieved it?
  4. Find a place in nature that is open and wide that feels free, infinite, and inspiring to you.
  5. Practice breathing in the energy of this place into your body while feeling the joy of achieving your dreams and being the next level version of you.

Day 6

Uncover and Release What's in the Way 

 

 Day 6 Practice

  • Find a place in nature or see it in your mind that feels open, wide, infinite, inspiring to you.
  • Think about your vision for the next 12 months. Feel it. Feel that next level version of you that is already living in that vision. Feel the energy of achievement.
  • Practice noticing thoughts and feelings that come up when you think about and feel your vision and the next level version of you. Breathe into these thoughts and feelings and breath out to release their energy out of your body.
  • Practice noticing pressure or contraction in your body when you think about and feel your vision and the next level version of.  Breathe into that area in your body and breath out to clear it.

 

 Day 7
Activate the Amazing YOU

 

 

 

 

 Today’s practice:

Repeat this practice to activate and anchor the energy of Amazing YOU so you can recall it instantly and feel how you want to feel in your current situation.

Your new energetic inner state will bring shifts, improvements and magic on your way to your dreams with more joy, ease, and harmony.

Executive Healing

Executive Healing is a separate line of our transformational coaching and guidance. It was born upon receiving requests for coaching and seeing descriptions of the issues.
