Two Most Important Questions in Goal Setting CIRI

 

 

In a highly cognitive culture, where everything is driven by our mind, when we set goals and create to-do lists, we miss the most important part that determines our experience and success in achieving these goals.

It includes two questions:

How do I feel about my goals? (How do I really feel about my goals?)
How do I want to feel?

Then expand on them with these questions:
How will I feel when I achieve them?
How do I want to feel achieving them?

Add these questions to your daily, weekly, monthly, annual goal setting rituals and see how things shift and change in a positive trajectory.

Imagine doing this inquiry not only individually and personally, but at a team level and organizational level.
