Over 20 years ago Anna immersed herself in the world of teaching business simulations working with world-class teams at Dell, GE, Boeing, Microsoft, Praxair, and many others. This is where she gained a deep appreciation for and the art and science of experiential learning.
15 years fast forward and Anna dove into studying and applying motivation, neuroscience, psychology, and energy work. On this journey, she became certified in IFS, a practical psychological model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz.
Since then, Anna has developed her own methodologies, techniques, and approaches that combine principles, elements, and strategies AND the power of tapping into limitless potential and creativity of an authentic self that every one of us has.
Anna integrates her expertise in business simulations, neuroscience, psychology, energetics and energy work, motivation, and experiential learning to create transformational solutions.

Anna earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from Fairfield University and Certificates in Change Management, Learning Design, and Mobile Learning from the Association of Talent Development.
Anna is a frequent speaker at various events of professional associations on the topics of seeing change as an opportunity, transformation of HR, collaboration, effective learning strategies, and business acumen for everyone. Anna has written many articles and ebooks. Anna is the creator of The FLOW to Transformation™ system. Anna's first book is "Design Learning Experiences that Empower Change and Growth."
