What does it mean to have the mind, heart, and soul in harmony? Why is it important?
If you have been trying to change something in yourself or in your life and you haven’t made much progress or the progress comes very slowly and hard, it is because your mind, heart, and soul are not in harmony.
The mind, heart, and soul are in harmony when:
- What you really want deep down in your soul as your dreams
matches
- How you really feel in your heart
and that matches
- The thoughts you think in your mind, visible and invisible.
An example of when the mind, heart, and soul are NOT in harmony:
- You have a dream or a goal that you really want and are longing to achieve.

If you listen to how you truly feel in your heart, you will find feelings of not deserving this dream or being afraid of what comes with achieving it.

Your thoughts may be doubting if this is possible or doubting your abilities to achieve your goal.

You may think all the good thoughts, but if deep down you feel unworthy or afraid, your mind, heart and soul will not be in harmony.
How you actually feel deep down in your heart and the visible and invisible thoughts or beliefs you have will be very individual to you.
The most important part I hope you take away from this is: in order to achieve your desired changes, your dreams, and goals with more ease and joy, you need to start on the inside.
There is no quick fix in bringing your mind, heart, and soul into harmony. It’s a profound and enlightening journey. Some revelations and improvements will come easy and relatively fast. Some will take more time and deeper dives.
What I know is this: for the true harmony to occur, we need to engage, uncover, and heal at both cognitive (mental) and energetic levels (feelings).
Ultimately, all thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and emotions from all of our experiences throughout life are energy stored in our body as clusters of energy.
The journey is in uncovering, clearing, and healing them and bringing your mind, heart, and soul into alignment with your dreams at the energetic level.
What I can guarantee is this: if you keep on discovering, clearing, healing, and elevating at both mental and energetic levels, you WILL see results.
Where to begin?

Practice noticing your thoughts randomly and when you hear or observe something. Your thoughts are your mind’s response to what you see, hear, and experience.

Practice noticing how you feel randomly and when you experience a specific situation. Start creating a picture of your default inner state.
- Write down your desired changes, goals, and dreams. Notice how you feel about them. Notice the secondary thoughts that emerge when you think about / write your goals down. Notice how you feel.
This will help you see the gaps and increase your self-awareness.
From here, you can continue with deeper discoveries, healing, and alignment.
