7 Days of Gratitude - Day 7
Beautiful work! Today is the last day of this 7 Days of Gratitude journey.
Tomorrow, we will have a recap and talk about why practicing gratitude is so powerful, practicing it from a genuine place of being grateful, not because we think we should.
Today is the day to connect with and tap into your gifts.
What comes naturally and easily to you? What have other people complimented you? What other people were grateful to you for and the difference you made for them? What do you feel really good about doing and about how you are doing it?
Feeling into these questions will lead you to your gifts.
Close your eyes and feel into one of the things you feel very good about doing, it comes easy to you, and you are pretty good at it.
This is your gift or gifts. It may feel broad and general at this point or be very specific and clear. Either way, it is perfect. Discovering your gifts is a journey in and of itself.
The clarity, depth, magnitude, and specifics of your gifts will evolve over time.
For now, complete this sentence, I really love .... and I'm so good at it.
What do you feel pulled to be grateful for in regard to your gift?
Feel that. Breathe in slowly and feel the feeling of gratitude about your gifts.
Let your heart fill up with the feeling of gratitude about your gifts.
Take a piece of paper or your gratitude journal and write:
I am grateful that I am so good at .... I am grateful for ....
I am grateful for ....
Remember, the feeling of gratitude is in your heart, not in the mind.
Let you heart feel it.
