7 Days of Gratitude - Day 6
You're doing awesome! You're radiating so much light of gratitude.
Today is the nature day.
Notice something in nature you haven't noticed before. Maybe something catches your eye that you have never noticed before.
Maybe it's a polka dot tail of a gull
Or a leaf flight off the tree down to the earth
Or the dancing of the sun rays in the water
Or the murmur of leaves awakened by the wind
Or the peacefulness and grounding energy of a heavy fog
As you focus your attention on it, what do you feel pulled to be grateful for in that moment?
Feel that. Breathe in slowly and feel the feeling of gratitude about your gifts.
Let your heart fill up with the feeling of gratitude.
Take a piece of paper or your gratitude journal and write:
I am grateful for ....
I am grateful for ....
I am grateful for ....
Remember, the feeling of gratitude is in your heart, not in the mind.
Let you heart feel it.
