Notice 1-3 things in nature that you are genuinely grateful for.
Breathe in slowly and feel the feeling of gratitude in your heart. Breathe out.
Close your eyes, breathe in slowly and feel the feeling of gratitude in your heart. Fill your heart up with this feeling. Breathe out.
Take a piece of paper or your gratitude journal and write:
I am grateful for ...... It helps me feel ....
I am grateful for ...... It helps me ....
I am grateful for ...... It helps me ....
Close your eyes and breathe in the feeling of gratitude. Breathe out.
