7 Days of Gratitude - Day 2

Think of one of your accomplishments, even if it feels insignificant.

Feel into that achievement and progress you have made. Would do you feel drawn to be grateful for in this achievement? It can be one or a few things.

It’s very individual.

For example, maybe you are grateful for a book that led to this achievement.

Or perhaps you are grateful for the strength to stay the course to achieve this.

Or maybe you are grateful for the guidance and support you received from someone along that way.

Feel into the achievement, even if it’s small.

Feel into what you are grateful for in regard to this achievement.

The feeling is in the heart, not in the mind.

Breathe this feeling of gratitude slowly and fill up your heart with it.

Breathe out.

On a piece of paper or in your gratitude journal write:

I’m so glad that I now ….. (or that I have ….) your achievement.

I’m so proud of myself that I now … or that I have …

I’m so grateful that I … or for ….

I’m so grateful that I … or for...

As you write your gratitude, feel the feeling of it, breathe it in slowly and breathe out.
