7 Days of Gratitude - Day 1


Think of something that you're genuinely thankful for. Not because you feel you should be thankful for it. Something you are deeply grateful for.

Close your eyes and feel how grateful you are for that.

The feeling is in your heart. Not in your mind.

Take a deep breath and feel that feeling of gratitude. Breathe out.

If you feel inspired, take a piece of paper or start a gratitude journal and write:

I am grateful for ......

Breathe in slowly and feel the feeling of gratitude filling up your heart.
